Installation of alcohol disinfectant

We ask our customers for their cooperation in disinfecting their hands.
In addition, the door knob, buttons inside and outside the elevator, personal computers installed at the front, etc.
Strengthen alcohol disinfection in areas that are frequently touched, we use alcohol disinfection for each room key.

Installation of splash-prevention sheet / Employees wearing masks

We have installed a splash prevention sheet in order to meet customers and serve customers.
In addition, all staff mandate the use of masks.

Request of temperature check

We ask our customers to cooperate in the temperature check at check-in.
If a fever of 37.5°C or higher is observed, we will respond according to the instructions of the public health center.

Cleaning of guest rooms

When cleaning the guest rooms, we ensure adequate ventilation and fresh air.
We also disinfect and sterilize the guest room tables and equipment.
If you would like a disposable cup, please contact the front desk.

Ventilation in the building

We provide adequate ventilation on a regular basis such as the entrance, front desk, and employee offices.
In addition, air purifiers are installed in all guest rooms and the front entrance.

Restrictions on the number of people using the elevator

To avoid the Three Cs, we recommend using up to 4 people when using the elevator.

Employee efforts

It is obligatory to wear a mask when going to and from work.
Also, when we come to the office, we check a temperature of mine, and perform regular hand disinfection.
