Dear Guests
A fire broke out in the south building adjacent to our hotel at around 18:00 on the 16th, and smoke entered the hotel building.
The fire did not spread to the hotel building and only the smell of smoke entered the hotel. One guest sustained a minor injury, but no other guests or staff were harmed.
The fire department has instructed us to return to our rooms around 20:00, and although there is still a slight smoke smell in the hotel, we have no other option but to ventilate the room naturally.
The hotel’s telephone and fax machine are still out of service and disconnected at this time, and we are unable to get credit card authorization.
Phone was restored. We apologize for any inconvenience.
As restoration is not expected anytime soon, we ask all prospective guests to contact us through the Contact Us section of our website in the event of an emergency.
The entire hotel staff apologizes for any inconvenience or concern this may have caused to guests staying at the hotel today, as well as to guests who called the hotel.
