Having those feelings, we all worked hard together as one.!!!
When masks and disinfectants are out of stock from the store, we sold alcohol rubbing spray at almost cost price.
Fortunately, we have always used to disinfect card keys and guest rooms with alcohol, so we didn’t have much trouble.
However, twice states of emergency, a huge typhoon, and snow that continued to fall every day…
To be honest, there were many scenes that made us uneasy.💦
There were really so many things, but
We were able to win “The Annual Rakuten Travel Award” for the past four years!!!!!
